Girls Results:

Lady Gators came-up short against the Valdosta Wildcats losing 5 - 0, The match stayed very close the first half lady Gators kept them at 1-0 Valdosta when we played JV VS JV players, only the 2nd half Valdosta started subbing in Varsity players making the game lopsided. Our players were overwhelmed by the skills and the size of their varsity players ending the game at 5-0 wildcats.

Boys Results:

The Gators dropped a heartbreaker tonight against Valdosta 3-2 . The Wildcats were an excellent team and our boys played, what may have been, their best game yet. Valdosta scored first on a great strike and that was it for the rest of the half.  Issai Martinez evened things up with a brilliant strike of his own when his indirect free kick found the net from about 30 yards out.  They scored again with about 15 minutes left on an impressive run.  Then one of our valiant defenders, Jabari Stephenson, slipped in the box and landed on the ball.  The referee called hand ball resulting in a penalty kick and their third goal.  It was the correct call but just an unlucky break.  Then Victor Alvarado scored another exciting goal with about 4 minutes remaining when he got on the end of a cross from the wing.  The Gators fought hard to get the equalizer but ran out of time.  However their effort was relentless and their improvement has been remarkable.  Way to go men!
